Vision and Mission

Effective Self defense is based on what you physically can do to protect yourself. Many of us have limitations especially seniors and as we get older we become more vulnerable. By blending what I’ve been teaching and learning for over 35 years in Tae Kwon Do with balance techniques, I have developed a program that increases a person’s BALANCE, AWARENESS, SELF ESTEEM and MUSCLE STRENGTH into a personalized self defense plan.
